This post you will find the video that I very well think made China delete my posts.  Now isn’t that an opener.

This will be my last vacation post and I will try to end it with a bang.  Afterward,  I will revert back to my otakuself.

Ocean Park opens at 10am.  I woke up at 6:30am just for this.  It is also the hottest day I have experienced since I left ShenZhen for my mini trip around China.

Since it is October, Ocean Park did a great job adding Halloween details throughout the park.

There are many more interesting props, but I forgot to take pictures of them.

However, Ocean Park should have a Bioshock theme for Halloween.  If there would ever be a movie for Bioshock, then Ocean Park should be the best place for filming.

The park consists of two main areas.  To get from one end to the other, you can take either a train or cable cars.  The train is so awesome.  The first expression I had from it was……BIOSHOCK!

    Big Daddy! lol

    It even looks like Rapture!

Anyways, my proposal is that their Halloween theme should be Bioshock.  Employees would dress up as splicers.  How wicked is that?

The park has some rides.  I went on all of them, which is not a lot, and basically it was pretty boring.   There was a huge roller coaster, but it wasn’t working.

They hiked up the entrance fee to cover the costs of building a new addition to the park.  I paid more and yet I couldn’t see it.

Sea Jelly was interesting.  I haven’t see many jellyfishes up front in my life.

I even liked how they designed the plants.

Next up is Atoll Reef.  This part is pretty amazing.  It is one HUGE tank with a variety of sea creatures.  There are 3 floors to this tank.

Overhead floor.  This doesn’t really count because you can’t really see anything from above.  And then there are two lower floors.

And yes, I finally got a haircut.  You can see the progression of my hair length from the beginning of my trip.

To get to the Aviary, you need to use 4 LONG flights of escalators.  At least it is A LOT better than walking.

I love this picture.  I had my camera ready to snap this picture.

Taking the cable car makes you notice how far it is from one end of the park to the other.   Cable car takes about 15mins, and the Bioshock train takes about 3 minutes.

Next up is Pacific Pier.  Here is where you see seals.

    This seal is enjoying life.

This is the main attraction for Ocean Park.  Pretty entertaining.  There is a small story line and it was told in three languages: Canto, Mando, and English.   What I liked about the narration was that they didn’t repeat the story in each language but interchanged languages in telling the story.

Watching this show was annoying.  See the purple umbrella in front of me?  These two ladies were holding their umbrella to block the sun.  What was unnecessary was that they were holding it high to the friggin sky!

Panda eating bamboo.  I like the way how the panda rips away the skin and eats the middle.

Panda taking a number 2.    This reminds me of the video I took in ShenZhen.  Perfect mood right now.

I have to say that you couldn’t really see anything.  It wasn’t so bad.  You tell me.
