This package arrived to my house extremely fast. I used SAL and from the other side of the world, it only took 5 days. Usually it takes about 2 weeks for SAL. My package arrived a couple weeks late because I paid for my item by paypal and they had it on hold for inspection. Then after 2 weeks, I called paypal and they cleared it immediately.
Just as I expected, the box is huge. The item was labeled as “resin kit” with a declared value of $20. LOL. Then this is one HUGE kit.
So much packaging.
To find out what it is, here is a clip:
video management, video solution, video streamingThis post you will find the video that I very well think made China delete my posts. Now isn’t that an opener.
This will be my last vacation post and I will try to end it with a bang. Afterward, I will revert back to my otakuself.
For the last 3 days in China, I went back and forth from ShenZhen to Hong Kong. Everyday, I spent 4 hours traveling. 2 hours for one way trip.
- 50mins to to the train station in ShenZhen
- 20mins running across the customs and border
- a good 50mins to get to the center of Hong Kong
The river that separates Hong Kong and China. I hate crossing the boarder because of all the forms I have to fill out.
With one day left in Chengdu, we took a detour to another city close by; about an hour bus ride. This city is higher in altitude and more colder. While I was on the bus and looking out the window, everyone wore clothes suitable for autumn. As usual, I am the only guy wearing tshirt, shorts, and sandals.
Funny how at the beginning of my vacation I underestimated the number of clothes I should have brought on my vacation. For a 10 day trip in Japan, I had to wash my clothes 2 times. And then for this mini-trip in China, I again didn’t bring enough clothes, plus a pair of shoes. It was definitely a pain in the ass to wash my clothes every 3-4 days. Luckily Chengdu was the last city before heading back to ShenZhen.
This bus ride from Louyang to Xian took FOREVER. This was the worst bus ride I ever had. The driver sucks at driving. He was aggressive enough, so cars kept cutting in front of us. People kept smoking on the bus. The bus broke down. And this lady that sat diagonally from me was vomiting. Luckily in a bag. BUT, it was not until I got off the bus that I saw vomit on the floor of her seat. WORST BUS RIDE EVER!
I don’t remember much of this city as we only stayed here for 1 night? See, I don’t even remember how long I stayed here.
After Da Tong, the next stop was Wu Tai Shan. Time for some mountain climbing! I was still sick when I was here, and yet I was able to climb on the mountains.
After Beijing, I went to a new city called, Da Tong. To think I have already encountered many douchebags, this city and its people sets a new benchmark for douchebaggery.
In addition, if I remembered correctly, I was “sick” when I stayed in this city. Just coughs, no fever. So, everything I ate tastes like salt.
In part of the Beijing stay, I also went to visit the Great Wall of China on a tour group.
