The other day I was at Chapters and was looking through the magazine section.  I saw Lyoto Machida on the cover of Fight Sport.  Since he is my favourite fighter, I ended up buying the magazine.  I didn’t read through the whole magazine yet, but I can say that they need someone to proofread it.

I like the cover and the “slogan” used, “Enter the Dragon”.  If I really think about it, yes, the slogan makes sense because Lyoto’s nickname is “The Dragon”.  But, “Enter the Dragon” also relates to one of Bruce Lee’s movies.  It kinda contrast each other because it is Bruce Lee that kicks Karate specialists’ ass (Chuck Norris).  In addition, to beat Karate (following movies), it is always the Kung Fu specialist.  Just like “Ip Man”.  And, Yip Man was one of Bruce Lee’s teacher.  Anyways, I don’t want to go into great detail.

One page talks about Takanori Gomi, and if you flip two more pages, you read the same news under Houston Alexander.   What does that say?  It means that no one cares about Houston Alexander and Takanori Gomi is GOAT because he is back.

I stumbled across a small profile of Martin Kampmann.  Dude, he did not beat Condit at UFC 97.  Their fight was even headlined as UFC Fight Night: Condit vs. Kampmann.

Well, these are just small stuff that I came across. Maybe you can find mistakes in other magazines.  Nonetheless, I know for sure I got way more mistakes in my blog than anything else.

I haven’t read any magazines since my last job.  I used to work in a company that works with a variety of magazines, so I take the ones I like…. cough*playboy*cough

This is the second time that my garage kit fell down and broke apart.  Luckily only the joints that I didn’t glue are the ones that fell apart.  No broken or scratched parts from what I could tell. I think the legs are too weak, since I only hot glued them.

That reminds me, I still need to finish off my Major Motoko kit.

Girl’s Generation released a new MV.  I like their sexy look, but the song is only okay for me.
