This was my third anime figure in my collection. I remember when I saw the promo pictures, I was hooked to it. When the first 2 batches came out, they sold out like hotcakes. This was back in the day when I was a n00b in anime figures, who didn’t have a credit card and didn’t know much about reliable sites for anime figures. Once i got my credit card, all hell breaks loose. Anyways, I was able to get my copy from the 3rd batch but you can find this figure anywhere now.

I don’t feel like introducing Haruhi, since I’m pretty sure everyone who is up to date in the anime scene knows that she is from “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”. And for people who haven’t watched the anime series, shame on you!
I also don’t feel like writing a huge review, since about every anime figure enthusiast has one.

Pros:
Representation: There is no doubt that this figure looks exactly as Haruhi.
Expression: Seems like Haruhi just popped out of the TV.
Pose: Really shows the energetic side of Haruhi.
Cons:
Production: You can tell the material used is cheap and soft. There are visible seams lines at the back of her hair, which is very ugly.
Painting: Some unevenness around her hair. The headband is poorly painted when it intersects with her hair.

Overall, this is a must have for all figure enthusiasts. Even if you have never watch the series, this is a very good figure for the price. You can’t go wrong with the purchase as it is a fun figure to have and to look at.
