Goodsmile Co. – Nida Schuetlich

Here is the 4^th Shuraki figure, Nida Schuetlich. I have no idea why they changed her name from “Needa” to “Nida”. I prefer Needa more. The design is obviously from Shunya Yamashita, so this is a must have. Btw, his 2^nd artbook will be out next month.

As usual, all Shuraki figures comes with a booklet and a drama CD. Both really useless for me, but I do like to look at the pictures, especially when its from Shunya Yamashita.

Just like all Shuraki figures, there are 3 ways you can “dress” them up.

1. Fully clothed

2. Battle Damaged

3. Underwear (purple underwear )

I don’t know if it is just me, but if you look at the figure from the back having her only in her underwear, it looks as if the whole body is not proportional.

One thing i found frustrating is to get her hand to hold her gun. This is impossible. To get her hand into the gun. This took forever. When I finally got it in, I noticed that I placed it the wrong side. Then, wasted a lot of time to get it in again. In the end, I just let the gun hang without her holding on the gun.

Anyways, I couldn’t really think of a good place to take pictures of Nida, so I decided to use my Georges St. Pierre Affliction shirt because I like the design. lol

Overall, this is another amazing figure in the Shuraki line. The paint job and sculpt are top notch. I can’t really find any flaws. Oh yeah, I am quite lucky with this figure when buying from HLJ. For the first time, I didn’t get charged with customs . If you are a fan of Shunya Yamashita, this is a MUST buy!!!
