Audley – Subaru Impreza WRC2006

I ordered this R/C car from Deal Extreme as I was bored and for $30, its not that bad. I ordered 2 items from Deal Extreme at the same time. One using EMS (faster shipping option) and this using SAL (the slower option). Both items shipped on the same day, but the R/C car using SAL came earlier than the other item using EMS.

When I opened it, the car seemed smaller than I expected.

Even for a R/C car, this is very detailed, from the grills to the small words all over the car and for only $30!

You even got suspension for all wheels and LED head/back lights. So, when you go forward, the headlights shines, and when you reverse, the back headlights shines.

The car is quite durable. I accidentally drove it off my stairs and it tumbled over each step and it just kept going.

I took some shots with a longer shutter time.

It uses 4 AA batteries. 2 for the car and 2 for the remote.

$30 for a detailed R/C car is a pretty good deal. I took this on my drive way and pretty much killed a lot of my time.
